We're seeing an organization that is trying to install a managed package from the AppExchange into their production environment.  When they do, they're receiving an error message that says the package wasn't installed, and then lists some, but not all, of the custom fields from the managed package with "Record Currently Unavailable" next to them.  Further down on the error page, it seems to repeat this, but all in one long validation error.

 

Any ideas why this would happen?  The managed package does not create any new records upon install.
