file upload

I am uploading some images files that are 2222x3012  and it's 3.48 MB sometimes when I upload the image it displays and other times I get a color palate.

    Hi Jeff - sorry for the inconsistency with file preview.

     

    What type of file are you using?  Is it a gif, jpg tiff, bmp?  We may reach out to you via email to get a copy of the file so we can reproduce the issue and determine what the problem is for you.
