Hi All,

 

I have just returned from a trade expo. Of course, I collected all of the details of the people who visited my stand at the expo.

 

How do I create something like an "Expo 2012" Group in Salesfroce to put all of those leads into so I can send them follow-up emails. I don't want these new contacts to be "lost" in amongst my general contacts.

    I would say best thing to do would be to create a Campaign called "Expo 2012" then use the "Add Members" button and import the Leads there. It will create the new Leads in Salesforce and attach them as members to the Campaign which you can then create a Mass Email View off to send Mass Emails to those specific Leads.
