Send Notification Email - can we customize this email

I want to be able to add "Account" or "Company" when we change a lead or contact record Owner, to the "Send Notification Email" alert. 

 

Is there a way to do this? Or is it just automatically generated if we click the check box?

    Hi Jillian, you're getting warmer (and I'm getting thirsty!)  

     

    try something like this:

     

    AND(ISCHANGED(OwnerId),

    OR(

    OwnerId <> "00G50000001UArZ",

    OwnerId <> "00G50000005UArS")) 

     

    I'm kinda iffy with my AND, OR so try using too

     

    AND(ISCHANGED(OwnerId),

    OwnerId <> "00G50000001UArZ",

    OwnerId <> "00G50000005UArS")
