I am trying to convert multiple leads into accounts. Can't access 'manage leads'

 I can't seem to find the 'manage leads' options and the 'transfer mass data' seems to not let me select the leads i need. Any help welcome.

    Got it. The easiest thing is going to be to delete the Leads and re-import them as Accounts.

     

    If you don't have access to the Data Loader (i.e. if you're on Professional), create a List View to identify these Leads and use the Del links from there. Yes that will take a while, but converting each one of them will take 3 times as long.
