Hi guys,
I need to set up a workflow so that went an account owner changes and automated email is triggered off and sent, the field i am working with is one of the standard account fields called "Owner" which is a lookup data type, i thought that the below formular would work but it gives me the below error
ISCHANGED(Ownerid)
Error: Function ISCHANGED may not be used in this type of formula
i also tried ISNEW(Ownerid)
and tried
ISNULL(OwnerId)
Does anyone have any ideas for me
