Is there a way I can monitor how long each user was logged in to SalesForce?

I am able to see the date and time each user logs in but not the length of time they spent in SF.  Is there a way to see how long they spent in SalesForce?

    Thank you for such a fast response, Deano!  In this case, I do not think it would be worth paying for.
