It's supposed to throw an error anytime any of those Event Names are selected from the EVENT NAME picklist and the user doesn't also populated a value in the SECOND EVENT NAME picklist field.
It's not working...for example, a user can currently select "Modern Classic Cut: The Pompadour" from the EVENT NAME picklist and the user can leave SECOND EVENT NAME blank and it's letting them save the record...
Can someone help me understand what's wrong in my formula?
