I'm trying to create a mail merge document in sandbox for testing and when I try to login with my sandbox credentials I continue receiving this error. Any idea what this means?

Actually I did...I enter my password then the token behind it.
When I use my production credentials on the same word doc it works. When I use my sandbox it throws the error. I've reset my security token in sandbox thinking maybe that was the issue and no luck...still getting the error.
