I would like my home page task list to show the account name, contact, phone # and last logged entry. When I go into an account to log an entry I want my note to appear on the activity list but also the same note to show on the task list on the home page. The only way I can figure out how to do this is to log an entry and fill out all fields twice with the same info and then date the bottom entry log with the future date to show up on my task list. Is there an easier way to do this without entering the same info twice?
