I have several problems that you may run through before and i would really use some help here...
First, does anyone knows why when using the 'Reply to All' button in the emails section in cases, the SF also puts me (who first got the email) in the 'Reply to' list?
Another question I have is regarding the 'CC' & 'BCC' fields in the Reply layout - do you know some way i can hold group of contacts i want to send them emails? like using the 'Ctrl + K' function in the outlook.. i'm just getting tired of keep writing the addresses from the beginning all over again and again...
those persons don't have users in the SF nor they are recognized as Contacts.
Any suggestions?

I would assume you are on the Reply To All list because you were the recipient or sender of the email.
As for your second question if they are not users or contacts in Salesforce the only way would be to copy the emails in to the CC or BCC sections.
