Does Conncect for Office also work with Word/Excel 2010 and on a 64 bit machine?

32-bit is indeed supported.
If you look at these two links (
Excel 2010
64bit Support and
Word 2010
64bit Support), these ideas are 'Under Consideration', which means they're
being investigated for potential inclusion in a future release.
Depending on your needs, you may be able to use an app like Conga
for Office integration.
