Does the post content file to chatter feed from shared libraries work also within a Partner Community?

I am trying to set up a proof of concept within a Dev org and have the community, chatter, and Salesforce CRM Content libraries enabled.  I have given myself full admin permissions to the library, including the "Attach or Share Content" library permission.  When I test the posting of the library file to a chatter feed, I can select files from the shared library. However, when I try to do this from within the community, no files appear in the library to post with.  Is this a limitation or am I missing something in the configuration?

    Yep, I believe its due to them having a read & upload perms to libraries... because they can't edit the library they can't share the files.     You could make the file available via Chatter so that they can at least share the chatter verison of the file
