Can I use the Account sobject as a junstion object?

I have Customer Service Notes object on the detail side of a master detail relationship with Accounts.  I also have Tech Support Cases object on the detail side of a master detail relationship with Accounts.  I'd like to display the Customer Support Notes as a related list on the Cases page layout.  What else do I need to do to achiveve this??

    I would personally make the Customer Services Notes object have just a vanilla Lookup Relationship field to both the Account object and the Case object. This will allow the Customer Services Notes object display as a related list item on both an Account record and a Case record.
