i need to create a new task with every new account and not using Workflow

I need to create a new task with every new account.

 

My account is professional not enterprice for that I can't use workflow

 

Is there any other way to make this process .

    No.  The only other ways to do it would be using the API or Apex, but on professional edition, you don't have those either.
