I have an email that has an attachment. In outlook, I pick the opportunity that I want to attach the email to (click the envelope for that opportunity and it turns green) Then, I have the option to click the envelope for the attachment. I click the envelope and it turns green. When I go into SFDC, the email is attached to the opportunity, but my attachment is at the account. It needs to be at the opportunity.
