Delay auto transition to lightning

Question

Our org has been set to auto transition to Lightning in 26 days. I came across this link to request a delay the transition:

https://lightning-readiness-check.salesforce.com/autotransitiondelay

This link does not seem to be working - shows a blank page. Please share any ideas on how we can request the delay.

@Sonia - you can find out more about the auto transtiion in the guides and group linked below. To request an extension, you will want to use this survey as described in the FAQ guide below:

"Requests for delay must be received at least 1 day before the date your org is scheduled to transition to Lightning Experience. "
