Unless your org has built a custom attachment tab there is no default tab with that label. You do have some options and can use the Files tab or the Documents tab to host your files. If your org has CRM content enabled and you have been granted permission to use it then you also have access to the Libraries and Content tabs as well. Finally you can host attachments on a record level for any object that has this feature enabled.
