Can you assign multiple profiles to one user?

There are users with multiple responsibilities in the organisation. Some need to be assigned multiple roles.

    hi,

     

    You can achive this my using record type on the object in which this picklist is there. Create 2 record type and add different picklist values in the different record type. Then go to the profile and assigne the record type for that object and assigne that profiles to first 10 users. Create other profile with access to other record type and assigne it next 10 user.

     

    It will work as you wish.
