Partner Portal

I've disabled a partner portal while I made some amendments and now it wont let me enable them - keeps saying cant enable disabled partner - we have 2 licences not being used so its not that... any ideas??

If it was just the Partner Portal login you disabled try moving the existing Profiles off that Portal and then try re-enabling the login.
