Hello everyone,
Does anybody have experience of using DocuSign and Salesforce integration. I have read the documentation provided by DocuSign. However, I didn't find things in detail. I am trying to send DocuSign envelope automatically using Process builder on a field update. I need to populate recipient based on the triggering record in salesforce. Can anybody suggest how we can achieve this?

@Buyan thyagarajand - yes, totally! You will need that app and the paid add-on to be able to use that app, but yes, you can send the envelope from Salesforce, have updates if it is completed or not and then have the final, signed envelope attached to the record
