I have a question about the community builder. I have customized the login page with a logo. Since there are multiple logo(in different languages). How do I display appropriate language logo. Eg. if language is Spanish - spanish logo needs to be shown on the login page. Is it an out of the box feature?

OOTB Language is not supported as a targeting / personalization criteria. The only unauthenticated criteria currently supported are domain and location.
However, you can build a custom logo component to use on the login page which can look at the language url parameter and display a different logo based on that.
