Hi all - is there a way to see unsubscribes from a particular list that is part of an engagement journey? For example, we have a finance list, healthcare list, and utilities list that are part of an engagement journey. I want to see only the people who unsubscribed from an email in the journey that were on the finance list. What, if any, is the best way to do this?
@Taryn Gwinner I asked a few folks about this. Here's the prevailing thought: "Seeing as these lists are part of your preferences center they’ll be public so I’d use the dynamic list rule of ‘Prospect public list opt-in status’ and set to show opt out.
Ah but you want to check to see if the prospect is also in the engagement nurture. Hm. I’d probably just create a step in the nurture to add a specific tag and run the list based on that "
