I created a quick action on the case object which was not visible when I viewed a case. I read an online post that indicated that feed on the object must be disabled before the action can be visible on the record. I followed the recommendation and the action is now visible. I don't think this is a viable solution as we need feed on the object and also the ability to create quick actions on the case object. Can anyone advise how I can have feed on the case object and also have the ability to make actions visible to my users?
