We are trying to remove a native application with 90 custom objects. In order to proceed it appears we will need to reassign all their page layouts. Is there a bulk programmatic or SOQL method for doing this?

@Rachael Arnott This can be done through package.xml . You can use this article which might help you to do it using Visual code and CLI.

Just curious. Why are you removing the native application?
