I'm am a Beta User for the Salesforce/Teams integration and have some suggestions;
(1) Support for Formula fields
(2) Support more than 4 fields in the Lightning Card shown in Teams, if the Compact Layout has more fields

Hi Tom,
Those comments are noted. At this point, we're not looking at adding more fields in the card that displays when a Salesforce record is mentioned using its compact layout.
Users will see more details by clicking on the Preview button provided in the record mention card, and see many more fields there.
Editing a record is a more complex flow and that's why it must be taken from the record once it's been pinned on a channel or chat tab.
