I am currently testing the EAC and it seems like i have lost "enhanced email". Is this expected?
I have a hard time believing that to implement automation you loose the quality of the email record? Without enabling EAC you have high quality email message records thanks to turning on enhanced email but if you want them logged automatically, you just get the body and not further insights?

@Makenzie Pavan I escalated the above and received confirmation the EAC does not create email message records. This is by design and will hopefully be "resolved" in a future release.
