initRegisterVerificationMethod doesn't support the passing of language. This is a huge problem for us right now. Is there a way to pass this or bypass defaults? The user isn't created until after verification through EMAIL and as our users are across countries, defaulting to english is terrible UX.

@Jan Aertgeerts initSelfRegistration currently relies on the Request to determine the language of the user.
It looks for 'locale' in the URL parameters and checks the accept-language of the request.
It is not currently checking the locale set for the newly constructed User object. I will create a backlog item to review this behavior.
