We recently migrated from classic to lightning. We used Libraries to store our sales templates. In classic we instructed our reps to go to the Libraries tab, click on the correct library and do a search within that library. Since using files in lightning, I don't see a way for the reps to do a search within a specific library. I can see the library when I click on the Files tab but we have well over 100 files stored in that library and the reps need a way to get to a file faster than scrolling through hundreds of documents. Am I missing something? It's quite possible I have more setup to do?? How are other businesses keeping file templates separate from files that people upload? ex: Non-disclosure agreements - We have a couple different templates depending on the region. We upload those for the reps to use. When the reps send those for signatures, they also upload those individual files. Now when a rep uses search to look for the NDA template, they get hundreds of results.
From what I can tell, it seems like everyone's dealing with this (including us). I saw that you had 'upvoted' the idea - hopefully Salesforce will realize the importance of this.
