How do we configure our Submit for Approval & Recall Approval buttons using Advanced Approvals for Lightning? We have Javascript Onclick buttons for Classic. If we use VisualForce for our buttons (as referenced here https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=cpq_enable_aa_buttons.htm&type=5) then we have an issue where the quote page doesn't refresh after submitting or recalling. This is an issue because the correct page layout isn't displayed until the page is refreshed and we do not want the user to Edit Lines if the Approval Status is Pending or Approved.

Wondering if there is any workaround to use Advanced Approval buttons in Lightning.
