I would like to integrate our Salesforce system with 3cx with basic functions.
I'm done with this: https://www.3cx.com/docs/salesforce-crm-integration/
But the test didn't work.
From the 3cx system, from the TEST :
Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason=Bad Request - Content=[{"message":"\nFIELDS RETURNING Account(Id,Name,Fax,Phone)\n ^\nERROR at Row:1:Column:58\nNo such column 'Fax' on entity 'Account'. If you are attempting to use a custom field, be sure to append the '__c' after the custom field name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.","errorCode":"INVALID_FIELD"}]
Can anyone help me to find the solution?

Hi @Agoston Zoltan. May be this will help if you still facing issue. Is there any configuration setup @3cx that talks about configuration of what salesforce object and fields you want to consume and interact with ? If yes then can you cross check Standard field "Fax" of Account object is there. It seems like 3cx don't have access to Fax standard field of Account object . Also at salesforce side, cross check that your 3cx running user's profile have access to Fax field as well.
