A new publicly available website built using .Net needs to access Salesforce. What would be arguments to use the web server flow over JWT Bearer flow? The .Net application can protect the consumer secret.

Thanks @Ian Glazer & @Ashley Jose. Just for further clarity, when you say "It comes with an overload of protecting private signing certificates to mint JWTs.", isn't it the same with web server flow where you must protect the secret on the client side so theoretically the overload is the same, right?
