How do we create and print custom reports in Sales Force? The report should include the Campaign, the Opportunity name, name of donor (account and contact), amount of money donated if cash or check, or item(s) donated if "in kind" donation.  Basically we want a list of last summer's donors (money and in-kind) to our 2019 Summer Reading Program campaign.
