is possible to use NOW() function in a recipe in Analytics? or is possible to use only the function mentioned in this documentation?

Hello Michele,
You can use the now() function in Compute Expression in Dataflow.
Yuu can add a Formula Field in a Recipe, as explained here:
https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=bi_integrate_data_prep_recipe_formula_field.htm&type=5The now() function is not in this list so I suggest it's not possible.
