For those of us on the opposite end of things - at small organizations with maybe 3-4 users max and without an IT/tech department, development/finance tends to run all tech aspects of Salesforce on a very part time basis - how do we best convert, especially with a limited time frame for thorough assessment for our conversion? Does Salesforce offer training reps, consultants, etc? #LightningLounge

What about training for admins? The resources I see are about the transition and user training. I have been looking at the back-end in a sandbox and managing some things are quite different - page layouts for example. Are there any resources for how to be a lightning admin?
