I am having a hard time finishing a module that requires me to download an App. There seems to be a solutions that requires me to change the password for the specific Playground. I tried to reset the password but it requires the old password which it might be something different than what I use to log in to Salesforce so I do not know it. I can't get past that to finish a module. Any suggestions? I am really new to Salesforce and I am stumped!
