Anyone else experiencing caching issues?
We just switched over to Lightning 10/14, and the past two weeks we have been running into inconsistent caching issues. Sometimes if Lightning Page Layout is changed, it may take a few hours to render - I understand this behavior is to be expected. This is sometimes corrected by switching the display density.
The issue I'm having is that if an edit to the record is made through inline editing it does not show the edit after saving. This includes refreshing the page, refreshing the page cache (ctrl+shift+r) in Firefox, navigating away and coming back, switching the display density. Going into the developer console I can see the changes were committed.
This doesn't happen often, but has occurred to several users over the past two weeks. It seems to not impact all users or all records at the same time so it has been difficult to recreate.
Eric, here's an example. I'll send you an image of what happened directly but the situation is that a user updated a note related to a custom object record at 2:04 PM and clicked Save. Salesforce still showed the note with its previous Last Modified time (2:01 PM). A few minutes later, he clicked Refresh in the browser and it showed the proper Last Modified time.
