Where, you ask?

If your schedule allows, we really would appreciate for you to prioritize your availability in this order:

1) at the Community Cove

2) at the Admin Meadow

3) at the Security Station

🤩 New this year - in the Trailblazer Community Cove we will feature a Meet & Greets area. These are scheduled and themed networking sessions. We are looking for HOSTS that will help attendees with ice-breakers and start the conversation around those topics varying from role, equality, experience etc. You will be able to bookmark these sessions in Agenda Builder soon and attend without being a designated Host too. So be sure to join the party either way.

Highlights:

1. 'Calendar' tab is your home base to view all volunteer opportunities at DF19.
2. Click on any of the available positions to read about booth details and level of expertise.
3. To sign up, click 'Take This Shift.'
4. To add shifts to your calendar, click the calendar icon.
5. If you need to reschedule, you can 'unconfirm' a shift until November 11. After that, you can offer your shift for trade, meaning someone must take your shift or else we do need you to be there.
6. There is a mobile app to use onsite but we highly suggest that staffers send shifts to their calendars for a single source of truth.
