@Michelle Vose We think it would be in every customer's best interest to turn on Lightning Experience at the org level before the critical update so that you can manage the change yourself. We also think it would be best for you to start moving your users to Lightning, but the timing for that is still up to you, and even users who have access to Lightning can still switch back to Classic.
