I can't find my email now but I think they're turning on Lightning for my org late September. I've been going through all the documentation off & on since May, and am more heavily digging into it now. I have a small org but I'm unable to print an updated Readiness report. I've been working with support and it's a known issue that they're working on.
What I'm wondering about is if I should ask salesforce to delay turning on Lightning until I can run an updated Readiness report (ran one back in May), or if you think an updated Readiness report won't matter too much and I should just proceed to get Lightning turned on sooner than later?
Also, in general, what's everyone's best advice for this transition?
thanks!

@Audrey Retka This is basically what we're doing. I'm pretty much a solo admin and have Lightning turned on for me and two of our department directors. Everyone else is still in Classic while a few of us test things out in Lightning. The one thing to know is that some changes you make in Lightning will affect Classic since it is still working with your live data.
