I need help customizing either the existing Attendees field or making a new custom objects/fields. Attached are screenshots from Classic and Lightning on the functionality that is lost switching from Classic Invitee to Lightning Attendee.

Hi there, I understand adding it to the page layout. My ask is to either customize the actual Attendee field or create one that serves our business needs. The Attendee search functionality only brings up the Name and Email which is not useful when we have multiple contacts with the same name and similar email- such as the example in my attachment. I need the search function to return the name, company, title (as it did in Classic) plus the specialty. Title and Speciality are custom fields for us.
