One question, In my company we want just to move to lightning experience, I know, it is not new jeje. Is it possible from sandbox environment first before the launching on production? just for avoid some initial things just for being inexperienced. And what are your recommendations...

Hi @Ivan Perez, you could begin in a sandbox (if you have a full copy sandbox would be great) org to check the behavior and familiarize with the Salesforce tools to migrate to Lightning (Readiness, Lightning Configuration, Salesforce Optimizer). After that, you should work gradually in Production org. As a suggestion, you might start with Readiness report to evaluate your org in production and then continue with Lightning Configuration Converter to transform Visualforce Pages, Javascript buttons and other components, and the last but not the least use Salesforce Optimizer to take a look to the recommendations to improve your implementation.
