Our team is getting ready to switch to lightning and trying to get HVS up and running correctly. Is there a work around that will allow our users to edit a task?

Yes, we use a CTI connection, even if we set the CTI to log information we will then have a 2 tasks. Do you know why can we not edit a task or add a comment on the HVS created task? Thanks!
