Is anyone using the survey monkey salesforce integration or other survey integration? Is it worth it? Pros? Cons? Thanks!

In my previous organization we used the FormAssembly for Salesforce app. We had a link on our website for people to fill out a form if they were interested in our programs and this fed into Salesforce as a 'To Do' list for the appropriate staff to contact the person to discuss our programs with them. It worked well and you can share a license between Admins as long as only 1 concurrent user.
