Am I reading the Summer 19 release note correctly?   The auto-switch to Lightning

To encourage everyone to work in Lightning Experience, users working in Salesforce Classic are switched to Lightning Experience on a weekly basis.

What does "on a weekly basis" mean.  Every Mon morning they are auto-switched into Lightning, and then they can switch back to Classic, but the following Mon they will be back in Lightning. Or it only happens once?
