For those that use Leads, do you have any issues when a user converts a Lead that it doesn't validate if the required fields are filled in? I have two required fields on the Lead layout and when a user goes through the conversion process it doesn't validate that the user missed the required fields! Any help would be great!

Hi @Rebecca Rechner, along the same lines as @Cory Payne 's suggestion, would you consider making the field 'required' in a different manner?
Using validation rules or triggers are common ways to enforce required fields, at a level deeper than Page Layouts.
