I'm reaching out as you suggested we move our discussions here. I downloaded the trail tracker. But how do I go about assigning trailheads to my team and tracking it?

    Hi Buchi,

    Before getting into too much detail, make sure you have downloaded the trail tracker in your Production org. and that all users of your team that you want to assign training to are active in your Production Org. and have signed into Trailhead (

    ) using their Production credentials.

    Be mindful, that the sync between Trail Tracker and your Trailhead happens daily. Therefore, you may need to wait a day for all of the users to show up after they signed up through

    Trailhead.com

    In Trailtracker, you go to the Trailmixes tab to assign users Trailmixes - which will subsequently show up on their assigned list on their Trailhead front page after they have been assigned. Once sync'd the Trailmix tab (select view all) will show all of Salesforce's provided Trailmixes, as well as any custom Trailmixes you make through Salesforce. I have attached a screen grab of where I can see the Assign Users button within a particular clicked Trailmix in the Trailmixes tab in the Trail Tracker app.
