Associating Files automatically to Case Chatter Feed: Our Business Partner has requested that when a file is attached to the case, the file appears within the ‘Chatter Feed’ on the Case. Ask is that any action that occurs on the case, is posted to the chatter as a true timeline of every activity that took place against the case. I cannot find a solution to this ask. Anyone else run into this? Thanks in advance.
