We are currently using Salesforce classic and we have received email that by Octover 2019, all orgs will be transitioned to lightning. I have the following questions please:
- Does that mean all Visualforce pages needs to be converted to lightning components or they will still works?
- We currently have a public site and we are exposing a visualforce page to the public with IP restriction. Will this will work after the transition?
- Users will have to use lightning interface or they will still have the option to used still salesforce classic?
- Please advice what should be our next steps and what are the considerations we have to think about before October 2019?
Thank You,
Sally

Thank you so much @Tammy Rahn, @Michael Orr and @Andy Rouse.. So I understand that existing code and pages and sites will still work as it with no required changes specially if all used will still use the Salesforce classic UI. It will be a bigger project if the client decide to move to lightning as we will need to evaluate all needed changes. Thank you again for your help
