Hi everyone, Im working for a start up who has not more than 6 users . Management wants me to do the transition to Lightning. I did trailhead but Im not totally upto it. I need help to figure out the steps I need to make transition into lightning. Can any one guide me through this? Just give me the general steps..I will find my way to do it. Thanks in advance

While my answer is not a specific number of hours, the estimated timeframes in the Lightning Readiness report seem to provide a starting place given what it finds in your org.
Some of the factors that I think potentially help the momentum include: executive sponsorship; super users/pilot champions who can help provide feedback and model adoption for their peers; creating a plan and backing into key milestones; good communication throughout; and an org's capacity/readiness to name a few. I like how the Transition Assistant models a journey, where for instance one could start by previewing Lightning to get an initial sense.
